IMO this is probably the best Rebuild of Evangelion trailer I've ever seen, the music is just sick it's like their own version of Requiem for a Dream! :D

@lst1195 it's retelling the story, although, they added lots of new settings, themes, and one new main character. it basically retells the whole story and at evangelion rebuild 4.0, they announced it's going to tell what happens after End of Evangelion

Epic, in the re-booted version of the series the connection between pilot and eva is extreme. Cant wait to see it. XD

it's a retelling. The story keeps to same basic ideas, but some things are changed or moved around to make a more cohesive and comprehensible story. While 1.0 is almost identical to the first 6 episodes, by the end things start to diverge a little. This happens more in 2.0, new characters are added, fat and filler storylines are trimmed, things that happened to character A might happen to character B. It's all supposed to add up to a new and final word on the series.
