Anyone know the name of the song that is playing while Obama speaks in this video? I know that the first song is Hyperpower by NIN but yeah I want to know what the second song in the video is thanks.

The first part is indeed Hyperpower. The 2nd half is also from year Zero; it's the piano track only from 'Another Version Of The Truth', last half of the song. All of these were mixed down from the DVD-ROM of the multitracks nin made available: Y34Z3R0R3M1X3D. This info is also in the last frame, over the FDR sample, at 3min58sec.
