Having a child born without able to be cared for and have no future is more cruel, you people are disgusting. If you can't take care of a child then abort it and have it put to good use for stem cells that can save lives. Having a child being homeless or waiting to be adopted till 16 or 18 then put on the streets is nothing but criminal and that parent should be sentenced to most painful death to know what it's like to torture a life like that.

This is pretty incredible, I never realized how important science is and what the possibilities really are. I am glad this is working out for TJ. I understand how stem cells can become any other cell in the human body which is why its called a ``clean Slate`` this is exactly what TJ has going for him, a clean slate which he can use to become who he was before. I hope for even more of a break through in the near future. Scientists have already made a beating heart from scratch-stem cells & a base

Well if theres a time in your life when you're paralyzed from the neck down and you've had your independence completely deprived from you, I doubt you're gonna be worrying if stem cell treatment is "ethical" or not. People like you need to stop bringing ethics into every damn situation.. I dont think you realize how helpful stem cell treatment will be. Besides, there are so many things in the world that are unethical. Racism is unethical, but it happens nonetheless
