From what I can tell, it's a fatality. It looked like the vehicle did roll onto his head before rolling back. Assuming vehicular weight of 4000 kilos (light estimate) with only 1% actually being applied to his head while the SUV's still moving before falling back, it would have either crushed his skull or did severe head injury trauma.

This is not even considering the injuries acquired while being ejected from the vehicle, which would be severe to life threatening on their own.
