The odd thing is, the guy is right- this is basically a candy bar with slightly more fiber than a Milky Way. Want more fiber in your diet? Eat whole grains, cut out the white bread, dump the Capn Crunch and eat Grape Nutes instead. Eating something slavered in chocolate and sugar? Not really the answer.
