Italian Cleaning companies at ISSA Interclean 2010

Issa Interclean, the worlds leading event for the cleaning industry, took place at the Amsterdam Exhibition and Convention Centre from 26 -29 April. More than 1000 exhibitors and 20,000 visitors swarmed the exhibition halls. These numbers are a heartening indication that the market is on the rebound after two long hard years. Made in Italy stood up to its competitors presenting leaders on the world market and was able to do so thanks to its ability to invest in research and development, and the particular characteristics of new productions at companies recognized as Italian Cleaning.

RCM, a company in Modena specializing in signature Ferrari red scrubber dryers and sweepers, showcased Mega and Combo. Mega is a scrubber dryer for medium to large areas that marks a new era of scrubber dryer machines at RCM. Combo is the first Italian compact and combined machine which stands out for its strength and efficiency and will soon operate on a hydrogen system


VDM, a specialized professional cleaning equipment company, presented its agreement with the American company Microban for antibacterial treatment of thermoplastic components for its trolleys. Worth noting among the new productions is Tecno Shower, an innovative super impregnator that requires minimal water, and Sky Compact, a compact trolley par excellence.

Ecochem presented a wide range of detergent systems, among which stands out Eco Deep, a stain remover for stones able to bring back the natural splendor of every type of floor.

Lindhaus, a worldwide leading manufacturer of carpet sweepers and vacuum cleaners, presented innovations on its products that make, for example, LindWash increasingly universal as it can clean any surface. They also presented their high efficiency motors for the entire carpet sweeper line.

Fibratesco, a production subsidiary of Facco, was also at the event and presented its Standard Range: a full range of high quality and long lasting pads.

Nettuno, manufacturer of professional hand cleaners, hailed a huge success in terms of orders for Sendy Wipes, large non woven fabrics wipes with a slightly abrasive surface that are very resistant, made especially for even the toughest grime. But there was also positive feedback from all production units of the company from Bergamo where ergonomic principles are the guiding force in producing its applications.

The Idrobase Group registered a large influx of quality visitors. A keen interest was shown for the entire range of professional pressure washers, including the brand-new Rondine, a new concept in professional pressure washers with an innovative design. Considerable orders were placed for E-Soffio, a breakthrough in air conditioning distributed by Perfect Cool and, as usual, the entire range of accessories for pressure washers proposed by Club dei Riparatori was a hit.
