No snake doesn't have the new nano machines so narc 3, mono3, and sixth sense 3 don't work on him.

I remember using Mei Ling's elocators before the last update would show Snake as a yellow arrow on the map, but not show his outline. The update gave Snake SOP Stealth 3, so do are elocators completely ineffective on him now?
