@1234NAna12 - Lol (I have to laugh at your immature ignorant comment) - first of all, I'm looking at a mirror specifically b/c of a particular form I was looking for. As far as the elbows go, to each their own - we grow, we learn, and we train for new things and to get better, stronger, and faster (Suprise to the Unexpected)...God Bless and take care :)

@ty99999returns I can assure you I don't get cocky or think I'm such a bad dude. Honestly, I just love the sport and training. God Bless - Jesus loves you and take care.

Great job on the speed bag! I am just learning, I find once you find your rhythm it becomes easier. I can keep the bag going but it is bouncing twice instead of once. any tips to increase timing?
robroythefirstmm 8 months ago
@robroythefirstmm Sure thing, one thing Jesus showed me is just as you said "Timing." Basically, hit the bag once and let the bag go 1, 2, 3, 4, and then hit it again. Once you have that rythm down, bring it to 1,2,3 bounces, and then 1, 2 bounces, and then just flow. Most likely, the reason you are off on the timing of the bag is b/c you are dropping your hands or hitting downwards instead of straight and up through the punch. Hope this helps! God Bless! :)
