If he's blue and enlightened and muti-armed, he's probably Vishnu. That'd make sense if he's linked with Garuda. Basically this guy's one big composite of motifs. Even his name is an allusion to Manu.

It said Mani became enlightned in this cave. hmmm... I thnk Mani is Buddha. Yknow they have alot of his body parts IE blood.
