You sound kinda like a manly salad fingers..

can i just cut the wires close to the ends or do i have to "un-solder" them?
-
Do u have to remove the strings :L
-
is there no simple way to remove the scratch plate, im 14 and have no chance of putting it back together, i would like to know if it is possible to just unscrew the scratch plate and slide it out, or alternatively a easier way to remove it.

Type Allparts into google or wdmusic. Both supply scratch plates in the UK. I've used both companies with no problems.
