i actually accidently dropped my old cube in sand.

i use cocoa oil. it works the best. hasnt worn cube at all

i found that 3 in 1 professional silicone works best for the first time, then later food grade cuz food grade wares out really quickly

hey are there any other things i can use besides sand... it's kinda all frozen around here in Michigan :P

its okay, the first day I learned how to solve it it took me an average of 2:30 (yes I timed it) after a couple of weeks (I also sanded and lubricated the cube) It was down to 2 and right now my average is about 1:30. I'm starting to learn the fredrich method now which is a much much much faster way to solve the cube, but it takes a long time to learn...

don't use wd-40 it will MELT your cube I did it once...

what if you've already put petrolyum jelly in it will it have the same effect
