They most certainly have rifles...I think just about everyone in Iraq has a rifle, lol. Armor? That is something their government should provide for their soliders, provided their government can fund it. The point of this video is that they don't even try. It's their country and they feel no sense of honor to protect it. Americans didn't have any armor in WW2...talk about armour to the boys at Normandy...LOL

@FatalityManner body armor doesn't do much except slow you down when you need to run fast, or zig/zag. In regards to the speech...you don't want to go on a patrol where you have to entrust your life to a bunch of pussified Iraqis. It's their country...and it's time to step up and be a man.
