It's a cgi, lights would not be that bright from the altitude, nasa trying to fool us as usual, nice try, but for some of us, NO GO NASA, you suck at animation

@SheepDog707 Everyone should be reasonably skeptical but I don't know why NASA would want to fake such a video (of course the ISS isn't just NASA). It does look a bit odd but I think that's because it's low lighting levels and a fish eye lens.
