Cashew cheese

This is how I make my cashew cheese. It's really fun, you can use any nut of your choice. Or seed for that matter. I like to add olives or tomatoes or different herbs, garlic, onion. The options are endless. You could also use it in a sweet dish with fruit, maybe add a little agave to the cheese mixture. Only limited by your imagination, have fun!!
