I liked it very much. Thank you for loving Portugal so much! As you know, this is Fado de Coimbra, the old city of students. The singer is Doctor Paradela de Oliveira. This Fado is diferent from the Lisbon one, but is also very sentimental. Only men used to sing Coimbra's Fado, usually university students singing their love to their beautiful lovers.
See you in Portugal soon!... Fados, Nazaré, Coimbra, Lisboa, bacalhau, sardinhas...

I have first heard this same fado in the Michael Winterbottom film The Claim (2000). The singer is Milla Jovovich - she's not really known for her singing, but I think she sings it quite well.

Actually this Fado is titled Aquela moça da aldeia.
Lyrics:
Aquela moça da aldeia
Que eu conduzi ao altar
Há-de trazer-me à ideia

Bem Haja Dr Paradela!
hahhaha , not really man , taking the mick there ... "fado" can mean something like "fate" or yes , "destiny" , yet in this case it only refers to the traditional style of music which happens to be dedicated to that old church , namely "Se velha" ... I truly hope that between one comment and the other lies the exact meaning of this title ... hahahhah

Thank you for your truly (!) cheerful laugh.
Sounds naturally and brought some special air here.
I am transferring part of your explanation (for which I am grateful) to the comment about video.
So many Portugueses were watching this clip, commented and noone ventured until you...(a big smile !).
