@TheFighter4500 So he doesnt choke on it. Boxers and ref's always make sure they take the mouthguard out asap when they get knocked down because when your out cold your tongue wont hold the mouth guard in if it slips out.

Tyson is far from his best here, his punches were wide and sloppy but he still has that knock out power. Once Cus and Jimmy died the scum came in to get a piece of Tyson but in doing so they didn't just take mikes love for the sport they tore the sport to piece's and boxing has never recovered. Mike Tyson was the last of the greats that captured people's devotion to a fighter. He did more before the age of 25 then most fighters can dream of doing in a career! Hold your head high mike! .

@TheFighter4500 cos he had no intention of trying to get up... he was too scared to get up and rightly so... if i was in the ring with tyson i'd hit the deck when they rang the first bell and wouldnt be gettin back up for anythin! u can see he's fine at the end when tyson picks him up, he has his feet perfectly, he's not wobbling like he would be if he'd actually just been ko'd...

Wow, you actually hear the punch echo!
-
Why did he take his mouthguard out?.......
-
I dont care what anybody says. When Tyson retired boxing died with him

If that punch knocked him out some of the early ones that missed would have killed him. If you look that is one of the weakest punches he throws. Incredible.

Tyson nr 1 !! 4ever..

@PaulStayStuntin not funny, anyway clifford etienne was a good fighter,he could land some hella combinations in the inside (see vs clay bey and lamon brewster) then he started boxing very late, but not in a gym,in a prison.it's sad he'll be remembered as "the nigga who lost against tyson"
-
umm.. wow... was that a phantom punch? i never seen someone who has been knocked out be able to take their mouth guard out that efficiently and go back to sleep till the perfect 8 count as to not get back up in time? just sayin it how i saw it
It's fights like this that Tyson should be remembered for, not the ear incident with Holyfield, not getting KO'd by Lewis and Williams.
In his prime, when he still loved boxing and still wanted to be the best, he was on course to be the greatest of all time. Ali, Marciano.Louis. Lopez. Pacquiao, Calzaghe, Mayweather JS, all these guys have strong and legitimate call for being amongst the greatest of all time, but Tyson, man he had it all, he could have been in a class of his own.
