@janarosem: there are different kinds of European lines. mostly the east-european Dobermanns are bigger then the others. however the European bread-standard says that males must have a max of 45kg and 72cm. so actually the big Dobermanns don't qualify the standard

@DoglaR I thought the European ones got bigger than that. My 11 month old dobe is almost this big and he's from MN. I love the big guys. :)

Pitbull is not a Guard dog my origin. The Dobermann was made for guarding and protecting. So far I know. The Dobermann is the only bread that was made for guarding and protecting.

@arp76 these dogs in this video are being TRAINED TO BE AGGRESSIVE!!!! If you are unfortunate to have a dog that shows aggression you then correct that behaviour and use a muzzle to protect others!!! If its that aggressive have it put down. no one should tollerate aggressive dogs small or large.!!! They give all dogs a bad reputation!! Owners are responsible for their pets and their care. You dont get bad dogs just bad owners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so what are you trying to say? small dog owners dont do half of what people with larger dogs do. Put me in a catagory then if you can cos ive both small and large dogs!!! Yeah people dont socialize their dogs much. But i have a family with 4 children and three dogs in total. And i have taken them to class. I stand by what i say BAD BEHAVIOUR AND AGGRESSION IS DISCOURAGED AT ALL TIMES BY RESPONSIBLE OWNERS.

Are you joking?Pits don't have a strong bite force.Ask anyone and they will all say the doberman is a better dog for protection.They were bred to be guard dogs,pits arent.
