you deny one fact: 9/11 was the first attack on american soil since pearl habour and the first since 1812 when the brits attacked. there would not have been any kind of attack by a foreign military on the us, since no one would be stupid enough to attack the us with a conventional military strike - including nuclear weapons. support the troops - yes! but the war in iraq (not afghanistan) was idiotic.
