You know at the end of the day this isn't going to be a fair comparison regardless because the bodybuilder will use better form and try to recruit more muscle and more TUT rather than just explode the weight up. I'm not hating on the powerlifter but I'm saying unless the BBer adopts that same form there's really know way to actually compare. Both of you are still strong though, good job.

@ryanmeat1029 Ha, ha!! Yeah we count in a specific way to make the set have an easier breakdown. Like 10 reps could be counting 1-5, 1-5 so that it doesnt seem so high rep. I see why you would be confused though.
