0:30 assuming directly side wind of 25kn this is 13m/s, assuming fast plane taking off at some 25m/s, camera mounted along the fuselage, you get crab angle of 27deg, quite noticeable.
I see at most 5-10deg in this video, hence the side wind was nowhere near 25knots except during short gusts, or else the takeoff was well above airspeed 60m/s what is completely unrealistic as you see it flies at same speed as the cars on local motorway, around 30m/s.
In short unreliable data on this video.
