These are just some tips I've incorporated to try and lose weight with PCOS. Losing at least 10-15 percent of your weight can help a great deal with the condition. Exercise is also MUEY importante. I exercise at least 3-4 times per week. Stay tuned for that video. Again, anyone can incorporate these tips. I'm praying they will help (they will for long term health), when hubby and I start baby making again.

  • I have PCOS and take fertility blend you can find it at gnc or amazon. It regulates the body very well and are about $30. some people say they have been able to get pregnant the second month of use. I have not been trying I just use it to balance my hormones and it works very well within the first month also omega 3 or krill.

  • You are so inspiring! I keep a food journal, with my daily weight and what I ate the day before. Found from this, that my thyroid is bad--and that I need to avoid all soy, cruciferous veggies, and wheat gluten. PCOS and thyroid trouble seem to go together....I am inspired about the agave in the coffee--Starbucks is my addiction, and Hershey's with almonds. I think PCOS is caused by mercury, so I try to take chlorella daily, for detox.

  • @kahealani63 I have not, but I have heard many great things about it! :)

  • @DeeAmberAndrade Did you ever try doing food raw diet? I'm looking online and on YT, and it seems that it's working for a lot of women with PCOS. I will keep you updated.

  • @kahealani63 Let us know how it works for you!

  • the psyllium husk is fiber! YAY fiber! which helps women wit PCOS. Drink lots and lots of water :)

I really wish you and your husband the best and hope that you will be successful with having a wonderful child/children. As for me? I am on the same boat. Trying to have a baby. I put it in Gods hands and hopes that he will be able to bless me. Thanks for all the helpful tips!

  • I once spoke to a lady who said sprouted grain is good to eat for women with PCOS. she also suggested that we drink 8oz of pomegranate juice. PURE 100% usually found in whole food stores/organic stores. I have also started taking psyllium HUSK with organic molasses. You start off a tsp. each 4 times a day, and then increase it to a tbl. spoon each 4 times a day. You usually would mix that in warm water and drink it. It not only cleanses your colon, but it helps regulate your digestive system.

  • Yaaaay, I am so excited to have gound this vid...I am 29 yrs old, with PCOS and haven't really had much insight as to regulate my way in a "doable" manner...I appreciate your tips! Thank you

  • Thank you very much for your tips I will put them to use. If you find more please share them with us.

  • hey awesome vlog! I just subscribed :) Hey you mentioned IVF... ever hear of NaPro Technology? It's run by Catholic doctors, and it's scientifically proven to work better than IVF. I started going to them for PCOS (not trying to get preggo but just wanted to regulate myself) but stopped because the clinic was far from me. Lots of stories though, about how women who couldn't get preggers with IVF had success with NaPro :)
