Basically Enja and Suija defeated Kazuki and Sogestu and got their bodies. Then Enja destroyed the world using his flames. In Suija's ending you will see that After the world is being destroyed by Enja, Suija used his rain to make a new world. Hence Suija becomes the god of this new world, as he always wants to become a god.
