You asked for it so we did the video. Here is the Pedderised Pontiac G8 with ProCharger and Corsa doing a modest launch and moving to a full throttle smoking burnout. Brakes, a bit of throttle, a bit of tire spin and instant tire smoke. You should be able to see it through the smoke....

  • im getting one of these, well, a VE SS commodore (: can't wait a second longer!!!!!

  • @vKiLLBoTv Visit your local Pedders shop and tell them you want a clone of the Pedders USA G8 / Commodore. You will be rapt.

  • Please keep the posts free of words you would not use in a grade school classroom.

  • The new Commodore and G8 ride on a chassis known as ZETA or VE. It is a Global Rear Wheel Drive chassis that was done out of the Holden facilities in AU. The VE / ZETA is really the first successful Global Architecture GM has executed. It will be the chassis the new Camaro rides on with some performance upgrades known as ZETA II.

  • Holden is a proud Aussie brand with a long association to GM. The Commodore that started way back when borrowed an Opel chassis / suspension. Over the years it evolved to the VZ chassis. The Monaro and GTO ride on a VZ chassis.

  • I cleaned out the profanity laced comments and went back through them all. There is an Aussie with his pride showing, but he has not represented clearly what a Monaro, Commodore and Holden really are.

  • @isaiah213 Yes it is a real shame GM did what they did. Maybe it was for the best (doubt it).

FYI Pontiac STILL runs the streetz!

  • GM needs to bring back Pontiac and the legendary muscle cars that once ran the streets

  • @BGP1965 fuck you i grew up in the slums cockwrangler!! your video sucks nigger cock.. 33 sec vid, 3 secs of burnout, rest ads for fags you nut sucker!

  • That wasn't a lauch, that was a burnout you wiener!

  • Goddamn that is amazing

  • launch huh?

  • @GXPFiend Take a G8 aside, and look at its Australian parent, and its international versions. The G8 is also known as the Chevy Lumina (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates) Vauxhall VXR8 (England) and VE SS Holden Commodore, Holden Special Vehicles Club Sport R8 and Senator (Australian parent cars) The vast majority of the parts on any model will interchange with its other versions. Brakes, suspension, interior, enigines, the list is endless

  • @Vladmir917 The Vauxhall version is really the Holden Special Vehicles VE Club Sport R8. All Vauxhall did to it was put their badging on it. It would be sharper all round than a G8
