Is It Fair Some Partners Cant Get Flagged

Is it fair that youtube's top money making companies get the right to remove the flagging option just because they make money?

i agree with some of this, i think that although he is talented but users like shanedawsontv, a lot his videos are about sex.

you make points that should be brought to our attention even if they arent all agreeable .

Well actually each and every user makes money for YouTube. Yes, some more than others, but YouTube gets revenue from everyone who uses YouTube whether they have accounts or not.

You are right on that level while we might not all have advertising on our videos, everyone does make money for youtube. People come here to see videos that are made. and there is advertising throughout the site. So you are right Sarah, thanks for the comment.

It's not worth the administration costs to allow just anyone partner status, but anyone can click on the ads which is where how partners get paid. Anyone can pay for advertising on YouTube or any other website, which is where the revenue comes from. Without the audience, no one will pay for advertising.
