Yeah. Had they stayed true to the atmosphere of the games it could have been a great film. And mark whalberg!? Speaking of sin city Andy Garcia woulda been a much better max.

James McCaffrey who does the voice once again as Max Payne here kind of overdoes his lines. In the first one he delivered his lines effortlessly and without a care in the world. Here you can sense he's trying to recreate the original feel. He didn't need to try.Vlad, "I would fuck her". Lame!

@JuZak And i really dont get how they could miss the essence of max payne by so far. Max Payne is a masterpiece when it comes to narration and atmosphere (and leveldesign, and characterdesign, and...). Seriousely.. WHY just WHY didn't they steal that properly. Would've made the movie so much better.
