This is Inuyasha to Kagome telling her how she saved him. The way things ended with Kikyo and the way his life was going it was just amazing how she happened to appear in his life and make it better. That in a way she saved his life.

...Meh...I can't help but feel that without Kagome, the story wouldn't have been any different. I know FANS of her that have come up with a hundred ways this shitty anime could have been improved, and the main flaw that these Kagome fans find with the whole series is Kagome.

@Makilore I'm sorry, I am a little confused with this one. Can you please explain in which way the show would have been better without her? Sure there is Kikyo to search for the shards, but she didn't care about that, all she wanted to do was drag Inuyasha into hell with her. She didn't care what happened with the shard until Kagome stopped her from taking him to hell, and even still she put no effort into searching for the shards.

@MizzMarie729 Without Kagome, Inuyasha would have only searched, in vane of course as he cannot see the shards, just to be a demon. In the end she is the one who destroys the shards, in the manga series at the end that is.

OMG, idiots. Without Kagome, there would be no story. She is the one that woke Inuyasha from his slumber of the spell that Kikyo put on him. And Kikyo would still be dead if Kagome never existed because there would have been no way to ressurect her. And Kagome is the one who broke the jewel and created the shards. So if she was not part of the anime, the whole story would not be.

@MizzMarie729 Actually without Kagome, Inuyasha would of stayed on that the tree, forever. Miroku would of died from the windtunnel during is useless search for Naraku, Sango and Kohaku would of remained Naraku's mindless puppets. And Sesshomaru would of carried on his merry little way looking for Tetsusaiga. There would of been no series.

@MizzMarie729 This series would have been improved in one of two ways: either Kikyo did not come back to life, or Kagome never existed. The fact is, Kagome doesn't have any real presence in the show. Once she starts harboring feelings for Inuyasha, she becomes nothing more then a romantic interest and a jewel detector, and the more she falls for him the less and less does she have her own identity,she doesn't fit with the world, the characters, the villain, she's just there for marketing value.

@superfashiongirl98 That is episode 167 When they combined the jewel shard to the sword if I'm not mistaking. And that should help.
