Too bad we didn't stop Saddam in the aftermath of the first gulf war. -.-
Going to war to stop Saddam, not removing him from power, then "finishing" the job a few years later is simply throwing peoples lives away. At least have the integrity to do it the first time, or not at all.

I'd like to see them trying to feel better about themselves by degrading their own president instead of a dictator that run a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 or any domestic issue regarding the safety of American citizens.
But of course...the assasination of a brutal dictator, the CIA practically appointed, somehow justifies the use of war as an awesome way to fix Irak's problems, fixing as in dominating their oil until its of no use.

well saddam people! the bastard got what he deserved! i know that's harsh; i rememeber seein a clip of the iraqis tearin down his shrines; so even if none of you agree with this war we had every intention of goin in there saddam was a monster! and that is my opinion.

And that's the weird thing...by every single tradition, this is a complete kowtow to the message, rhetoric, and propaganda of a dominant Conservative government. But at the exact same time, in a campus so infused by Liberal ideology, it's a daring statement of free thought and nonconformism. I guess you be the judge.
