Pigtronix Creamsicle Overdrive

www.ProGuitarShop - The Pigtronix Creamsicle Overdrive is the refined version of the Polysaturator. Less compression with sweetened mids makes the Pigtronix Creamsicle a more natural sounding overdrive pedal with tons of possibilities. - http://proguitarshop.com/store/overdrive-pedals-c-6/pigtronix-creamsicle-over...

  • i know this might sound dumb, but andy... let me know what kind of mic you are using for you voice on here.... you voice is completely different from the old vids, and i like the new voice sound. by the way, this might be one of my favorite pedals from this company... is just strange and wild. it's just cool

  • @WillSnyderMusic - We've always used a Shure KSM27 on the voice. Andy's voice-over skills have improved substantially though, and we use a better compressor now as well. Thanks for the props!

  • PIGTRONIX do it again this company makes some of the best thang's!!!!

  • Did you listen to the rest of the demo, or just the opener? Cause I thought the AC/DC and boost tones that he demoed later in the vid sounded smooth and sweet as apple pie. I think this OD can sound like whatever you want.

  • @lucasleon9876 Semantics. An input "drives"a pre-amp stage...in-turn a pre-amp "drives" the power amp stage of a guitar amplifier. Either stage (and the speaker too) can be "OVER"-driven handed more voltage than the next stage was designed to accept - and distortion (clipping) will be the result. So "overdrive" boxes are "distortion" boxes by definition. But - most so-called "overdrive" pedals don't really over-drive your amp- they simulate the sound of a tube amp driven into clipping.

  • Andy rules!

  • Y R the input & output on the same side ? isn't that STUPID

  • Score with "Stars" by Hum man. Love Pigtronix, Hum, and PGS!

  • Damn, where can I get one of these? Can I buy your floor model demo pedal?

  • @AceOfHeart2012 All Polysaturator pedals have these mods as standard now. There's a lot more than 50.

  • THIS IS PERFECT FOR IRON MAIDEN!

  • Andy does great demos but that pedal, well, let's just say that it's probably a good thing they only whipped up 50.
