Emma fights back! For details of Emma's legal case against Britain's Got Talent and the Employment Appeals Tribunal ruling of the 5/12/11 regarding Simon Cowell's contract see: sites.google.com/site/emmaczikai See also, available on YouTube, Britain's Got Talent exposed downloaded by Disspidoo and also by shrek1345. This download shows Emma's unedited footage and allows you to judge for yourself whether Britain's Got Talent selectively edit contestants footage to make viewers of the program feel comfortable about joining in the degredation and humiliation by portraying contestants as people who deserve what they get. Emma says "My regiistered disabilities affect my hearing in exessively loud environments particularly when there is a high level of bass vibration in the air which is entirely unnecessary for the type of classical singing I do. At the time of my Britain's Got Talent audition I had been singing successfully in public for 15 years and have won many prizes for outstanding vocal performance in public but I can't sing if I can't hear to sing or if pain is affecting my concentration. To be able to sing properly you have to be able to hear yourself both internally and externally. SImon didn't give me a fair chance, Steve & Britain's Got More Talent did in that they allowed me a proper sound check. If I had failed in my own right on BGT I would not complain but I was set up to fail and profit was made from that miscarriage of justice and that's not right is it? Tell me Simon, are you as sure that their is no day of judgement as you were that I couldn't sing?" (further recommended viewing on this site "The Truth Behind The Joke", "Mascagni's Ave Maria", "In the Bleak Mid-Winter" and there is also a full recording of "O'mio Babbino Caro" with delightful stills of Harry, Emma's "little bag-o-sugar doggie", which weighted just 1kg)

  • @mia0032

She has a medical condition that keeps her from being able to hear her own voice in noisy conditions, so the loud background track threw her off.

  • Its really good for someone who has disabilities, but I probably wouldnt buy your album.

  • Listeing to that I just can't understand what happened at your audition - do you not have a monitor on stage? I bet people like Cher have all the 'right conditions' at their auditions - talk about if your face fits. I have auditioned for a producer yesterday for next years BGT and something like this would be my worse nightmare... I even heard that if people like cher can get autotune to be good they can auto-tune a good person to be crap so they can make fun of them. I sing pop tho not opera

  • Hurray!!! that proves what people say about the format of the show X Factor or BGT - it is a circus, throwing people to the Arena to be slaughtered by producers (Simon, Louis etc) and super-models (Dannii Cheryl, etc) - how many talents were ruined on those shows? I heard she is suing judge Simon Cowell for $5 million now -hope she gets it.

  • wow i didnt know that she can sing much better.

I wonder what happened to her in britain got talent!
