  • Hi WuDangFrance, I enjoyed your form. I am a Wu stylist for many years and there is no doubt that our styles have some commonality in their roots. there are segments that are the same for 4-6 techniques and the form of so called leaning posture, which is not leaning of coure...interesting, nice performance! • @laoxinat Yes indeed, the wudang short form is made up of wudang/wu movements. If you look at my videos of the wudang long form, you will no doubt recognize the wu family long form, with the same moves in the same order, executed slightly differently.

  • Excellent.I would recommend this video to anyone that is learning( or like me is very rusty after being away from Tai chi for a while) the short form

  • @catbiscuit2345 Thank you for this nice comment. Good luck with taking up the training again. You people in Britain are lucky to have excellent wudang teachers in most areas of the country.

  • very nice and fluid. your snake could be a bit better

  • Thank you for your contribution, yairmann. I'm sure the rest could be a bit better too, so I keep training!

  • I started in 1995 with Chau Wei-Son, and since 2001 I've been studying with Dan Docherty.

  • So how many years have you been learning?

  • Waow, this is a nice comment! Thank you very much. The credit goes entirely to two excellent teachers: Chau Wei-Son and Dan Docherty, both of them direct students of the late Cheng Tin-Hung, founder of this style.

  • One of the best Wudang short form videos I have seen.
