LAPD Officer Silva insinuates herself in a civil action

Officer Silva, a Los Angeles Police Officer insinuated herself into a civil dispute. When responding to the call, she was rude and regarded me as a criminal. She threatened my life by placing her hand on her pistol when addressing me only while her partner kept his hands at his side and spoke to me in a civl tone. Officer Silva escalated the situation while her partner attempted to diffuse the situation. Officer Silva allowed a thug to bully me and keep my property even after I told Officer Silva that was stolen. When I reported that I felt threatened by the aggressive tone of the thugs with my stolen property, Officer Silva laughed in my face.

Is that what we expect of an LAPD officer?
