Very nice. I've cured and smoked my own ham. (You can see the recipe if you want on my channel.) The glaze on your ham looks delicious! Wish you had shown a 'money shot' of the sliced ham.

@AnotherAmateur Hey thanks , I am jealious that you cure your own ham.Maybe one day I will also cure some ham , sounds like fun.I should have shown the finished cut of the roast , however I forgot and we were hungry lol.This was a Picnic roast not a ham , however I did a video on a ham cook that turned out excellent.The vidoe is of a ham and turkey cook if your interested in viewing.Thanks for looking
