Mad World -Tears for Fears-Cover of Adam Lambert Cover

This is for one of my best friend's... JUDE.. as a birthday gift! She LOVES Adam Lambert and sent me his version of this song from the show he performed on. I wanted to do one of his songs for her and found this instrumental track. I felt really weird about doing a song called Mad World for her as a birthday gift,LOL, but in true JUDE wisdom, it is loving all aspects of ourselves that is SO important, and this song brings attention to acknowledging this!! Often times it is the grey-ish or black areas that need the most love in order to bring light here? She is such a beautiful soul and I am deeply honored to know such an amazing person! I LOVE YOU JUDE!!! This song was written by Tears for Fears but was changed, by composer Michael Andrews, for the film Donnie Darko directed by Michel Gondry. Gary Jules was the vocalist for this version and it was here that the song gained popularity. Adam Lambert has offered a cover of this version. Thank you soooo much for listening!!! love, min :~)

I've liked this song from the moment I heard it but now I like it even more because someone I know with a lovely voice has done a fantastic cover of it.

Fell in love with your voice the first time I heard it, you are truly blessed my friend and you posess a wonderful gift..., one that should be shared with all of mankind,...or, just me...
