Halo 2 Vista :: Transparent mainmenu mod

This is a SPPF patch which you need to patch over mainmenu.map
for 32bit OS users, this is at at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo 2\maps
and for 64bit OS users it is at C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo 2\maps

This location is where the default campaign, multiplayer, shared and mainmenu ui map(s) are stored.
Remember to select the patch and the map to start the patching process.
The program required is Super PPF.

This patch for the mainmenu gives

Filled in extra slots for the Multiplayer map menu, so you can select Campaign maps.
Filled in extra slots for the Multiplayer map menu, so you can add spare maps, just by naming them slot1 for example.
Filled in extra 2 slots for the Shared cache maps, don't try playing these, as far as I've known they've always been crashing upon loading. :(
Brings back rank icons, on game servers which support it.

If you get an error message which tells you to re-install your game after applying this patch, just ignore it.
Note: YOU WILL NOT, AND CAN NOT BE BANNED FOR PATCHING mainmenu.map

This video was made on Halo 2 Vista, the PC version of Halo 2.
It will only work on Windows Vista, Windows 7 and future Windows Operating Systems.
The crack for Windows XP is useless, given that it can only provide offline play.

@silenthalo136 The mainmenu has the campaign maps available, but it doesn't enable the spawns. In the video description, I had a download link for the program that enables the spawn points. If you follow the video exactly, it will work. If you skip any parts and don't use the programs, it will not.

@silenthalo136 That's because the campaign maps do not have a biped slots filled in for multiplayer engine.

It's best to arrange with someone to host a dedicated server and play campaign.

@SN1P3ROne yes i followed it. its transparent now but no red font or other stuff, do i go to all the stuff in the vid or something, and when i pick a campaign map and put it on the cam expands out and i see the sky.

@silenthalo136 Did you follow my video? Sometimes the SPPF won't apply if you try to apply it to the mainmenu map when it's in the Halo 2 maps folder. Move the mainmenu out of the maps folder (make sure to make a copy of it though in case you want to undo the mod) and then apply the SPPF to the mainmenu and drag it back into the map folder. That should enable the main menu. Instructions are in my video for how to enable Shocks mod.

@SN1P3ROne well i did that ,but it`s not really working, its not transparent or has any of the other stuff, it has the campaign maps , but they dont work either when i pick them,.
