Newquay is in Cornwall South West England. It is the U.K.s commercial surf capitol.
In August you might bump in to international surf stars from Hawaii as I did or stars from television, media or top end fashion photography. It can be a great cultural experience as long as the drunks are kept away from what is a great area of the Country.
