RabidApe suspended

YouTube has not simply pulled some of RabidApe's videos because of a copyright infringement claim, but banned him too; even though this was a first "offence"!

Copyright is designed to protect the financial interests of those who create original works, but it is being used to impose censorship.

Kent Hovind has made it clear that his videos are copyright-free; and even if he hadn't done, RabidApe's use of them for critique or parody clearly falls within the category of Fair Use. They should never have been pulled.
