Pro 120 Palette Eyeshadow * REVIEW *

It's unbranded which i found it in EBAY. It's the same one as you've seen in PANACEA81 tutorials. It's pigmented and has variety of colors and textures.

I had question for you ; do you feel like these shadows are completely safe to use? I'm planning to use it on a lot of other people, and since it's so cheap and made in a foreign country, it made it kind of nervous. Some people also mentioned that the shadows had an odd smell to them like sulfur, so I wanted to know what you thought; I'm not interested in giving someone an eye infection, you know?

Just because it's made in a foreign country doesn't mean it's foreign products. If you check the tags and labels on any "American" product you'll see that most of it is made in China. I haven't notice any odd smell, it could just be the packaging. The ingredients are often listed.

i think they are safe to use, otherwise...there would have been a lot of people complaining about it by now. If you are planning to use it for other people, I would suggest to use a new disposable eyeshadow applicator every time for each person to prevent infections.
