TTFAF is harder. Hell, even the WoR version is harder than this, yet I've completed this but not TTFAF. Therefore TTFAF is harder. Though the tapping section would be interesting...

guitar hero doesn't help you at all, you need up down movement to go between strings, plus chords and 5 times as many frets
