  • @azgirl777 I stay away from dairy products. I'm not a calf and get more calcium from green leafy vegetables. I also do not want to drink milk which may have been injected with growth hormones at the dairy. Very bad. The Dairy Association is about the money and the FDA doesn't not protect the consumers like it should. Don't trust them. They both love money, not our health. Also beware of sugar which slows down the immune system. Eat healthy whole foods, not processed with chemicals. :-)

  • Did someone forget to mention keeping these foods organic?

  • did you also know that calcium once in your body creates hydrogen gas?

hydrogen is flammable, which is why your body heats up when drinking milk or taking calcium supplements...

ever heard of people who suddenly go into combustion?

  • Wrong! wrong! wrong information!!

  • you can get it in food! come on people supplements are for people who eat crap and expect to get results from a pill. Just eat food which isn't processed and full of salt and preservatives.

    you are what you eat....

  • @Alive4Metal Man, I feel sorry for your teachers. They have their work cut out for them. You just told me that everything is the same and everything is healthy. What a laugh!

  • @Jessecraft1954 "not processed with chemicals" ,,, hahaha such an ignorant comment, personally as a chemistry student you learn to see EVERYTHING as being a chemical, just a bunch of protons, electrons and neutrons, aka, energy. nature after all is just one HUUUUUUUUUUGE test tube

  • A very interesting and helpful series of videos on osteoporosis can be found on the Megafoodtv. youtube channel.
