Devil May Cry, DMD 100% Challenge, Mission 16 (Part 1)

Grr, I had re-upload this motherf**ker =/ ... Lost the description, too, and don't feel like writing another lengthy description :-/ ... At any rate, this is the first mission so far which will be divided into two parts. The video in its entirety is just over 11 minutes long, and I didn't feel like running the risk of YouTube rejecting this video for length reasons - so I divided it into two parts.

S-Rank requirements:

Time: 6:00
Red Orbs: 1000

Yes, I did go *way* over 6:00 :p ... Doing the two Secret Missions give you almost unlimited time, however. Also, I've done this mission in under 6:00 (without Secret Missions) several times by now, so the time requirement isn't a problem for me.

This mission went pretty okay on the whole. The beginning is rather boring, I'm afraid, since I spend quite a bit of time collecting an Untouchable and a yellow orb. (I'm even more glad now that I collected the Devil Star and yellow orb in the floating platforms area in Mission 9.)

In the corridor, you can get either Fetishes or a Shadow, although in my experience you get Fetishes about 80% of the time, if not more. I prefer dealing with Fetishes in this section, so that suited me, anyway.

For the Nightmare 1 fight, I used Inferno at the beginning to shatter the core and turn it green. This is to make the ice beam stay out longer and give you more time at the core - the green core will carry over to the Nightmare 2 and 3 fights. The trick is to avoid turning the core *red*, as the ice beam stays out for the longest time, then, but it also more than doubles Nighty's defense :p

Having said that, though, it wasn't my first DMD SB game. I'd done a few SB games previous to this one, but they go back 3-4 years now. How time flies...

@ynotplay - Well, hopefully you're past Nighty 3 now, but when he bounces with his second lifebar, use Air Raid or Vortex Lvl 2 for that part - any other method is pure craziness :-/

On DMD mode, how many time can you get hit? Unlike heaven or hell which is 1-hit life on DMC3 and how many more clothes can you get if you beat it on DMD?

OMG!!! i remember this, when i first played this, when i reached this part, i spent like a hour figuring out what to do in that room. then i went to game faqs and it said to check the water, i was like'.............. i cant believe i spent a least hour and not figure out!' .
