Modelled after the Israeli Krav Maga Army System, we do pressure testing on our advance students. How do you react under pressure, surrounded by attackers, can you remain calm, move with good footwork, achieve positions so that the attackers are crossed on the attack lines so we get an advantage and lastly, we train to run and avoid obstacles. Rule of practice- Attackers control their strikes to body, Defenders take 10-30 secs of combat conditioning, after that they use footwork to switch out or to get out of range and fight back, or take flight.
In self defence, we never know when it will happen, what will happen, who many people, are they armed, what kind of terrain, we can only train hard hope that if someday we need it to protect those we love, those we care about, the lesser, we can be in control and survive.
