They still are. Swedes however are terrible at scandinavian. When I'm in sweden or denmark, i speak norwegian (oslo dialekt), and I get a long fine. Funny thing is that danes really try to understand, while swedes don't even bother to try

Icelandics and the faroese and also sscandinavian people but the finns are not. they came from the east while the scandinavians are a germanic people who came from the south. so tired of people who say this and that without ever having set foot in a scandinavian museum.
