America has so many sociopaths, murderers and deviants because the culture consists of freaked-out genital cutters. The use of sharpened knives to remove the sensitive skin tissue around the penis on the 8th day of life ruins the initial puberty cycle when empathetic feelings are developed. That is sickening that Sagawa got off scot free for the horrible atrocitie he commited, and now seen as a local celeb,. It is a known fact that serial killers never stop killing, they may stop for a short period of time, but they will ALWAYS return to killing again. So I wonder how many people he has now brutally murdered in his home country of Japan?
