Looks like the cop is working at the tech shed doing pre-race inspection. He is probably checking if the tire sticks out beyond the bodywork (illegal in some states). Also, in the stupid state I live in filming a cop working a traffic stop is ILLEGAL. Did you end up getting a ticket?
