Yields: 18 cups
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. beef stew meat
1 celery rib, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 (32oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 (15oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (14.5oz.) can diced Italian style tomatoes
1 medium size baking potato, diced
½ cup ketchup
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
½ tsp. pepper
Preparation Directions:
~ Cook stew meat, celery, and onion in hot oil until vegetables are tender; add garlic and cook until meat is browned.
~ Stir in rest of ingredients and 6 cups of water, stirring to loosen particles from bottom of pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potato is tender.
I always use tomato soup not ketchup

Never thought to add ketchup to my beef soup. Can't wait to try it. Nice video.
