  • @rtdonnes The Crown is the Crown Corporation of Canada LLC. I had found it on the Crown Corporation's Website. Right in their policies. Where exactly I couldn't tell you since I didn't bookmark it. I'm not going to look for it again. I'm done arguing. I'm not being paid to do everyone Else's due diligence. You've been polite and I thank you for that. But I'm getting people actually swearing and threatening me. So I'm gonna take a break from youtube. Peace out.

  • @Gryphyn3 No, that's incorrect. Show me proof of anything remotely related to what you're talking about. Lawyers do not swear any allegiance to any corporation. Furthermore, I do not see your point about swearing an oath to "the people." Who would expect them to do so? (from your statement it seems that you think swearing an oath to "the people" is somehow significant. Also "courts" does not equate with "crown." You're mixing apples and oranges.

  • @rtdonnes Your bring trained by the law society. Check the oath they will make you swear. It won't be to the people. It will be to the courts or to THE CROWN which is the crown corporation of blah blah blah and not the queen. Why would you swear an oath to a corporation?

  • @Kenzofeis Exactly and to add to what you said .. They call it these things instead of Board of Directors, Security Guard etc because when you own a corporation you can title the positions as anything you want. For example if I wanted to call my security force Umpa Loompa's I can because it is my business and I can do what I want within my corporation.

  • A problem we have as Americans is that we are living under the unconstitutional (supremem court was not permitted to rule on it) reconstruction act of 1868 where all Americans, north and South, became enemy combatants and the president became our defacto ruler as head of the military occupying force.

A 2nd problem is that all these judges, etc. suck the UCC tit. We, including you, whiteman, have a problem.

Thanks for a well made and informative video.

  • This video is a favorite on Solomon Islands

  • @ThisIsTheRealSkinny "It's not really a corporation."

Departments, a president, fiscal issues, planning and administration, "police" (guards) is there to enforce a policy, as far as some of them stretches it to actually help and protect ordinary people it is voluntary (empathic human) or merely "securing inventory", agencies, representatives, "big pow-wow" (senate/congress) .... how is it not a corporation as it is built like one?

  • @montyscooter1965 "Judges are also bound to follow legislation as only the Supreme court can deem legislation unconstitutional."

"This is not a spade until we say so"?

  • I just finished three yrs of law school and I'm preparing for the bar exam now. These to videos are wrong beyond belief, to the extent that they're comedies.

These videos do not demonstrate the reality of what the law is.

  • @JediWitness - Recently a judge in Mojave CA asked ME (instead of the lawyers to the left and right of ME) what a 'Private Attorney General' and 'Secured Party Creditor' is . . . a they understand that your birth certificate is turned onto an indemnity bond on their behalf (if they drop the charge, etc.) but they term it in their own familiar (common law) manner when on the record instead of acknowledging UCC - they aren;t taught that so there is a plausibility factor built into things -
