http://www.tools-plus.com/milwaukee-2601-22.html Todd from Milwaukee gives Tools-Plus an exclusive inside look at the 2601 Driver Drill.

There are always going to be newer tools; whether they're a better product or not is another matter altogether. However, quality and durability is a Milwaukee imperative found within the 2601-22 Compact Drill Drriver Kit. The 2601-22 is both easy to grip and hold because of the lightweight, while the power is unmatched within the 1HP, 120/240 Volts, 60 Hz., 1ph, operating at 1,725 RPM, and boasting a high torque of 400 in. lbs. Charging is only 30 minutes, so you can rest easy knowing there will be little to no downtime when a job needs to get done. Trust that the Milwaukee 2601-22 compact drill driver kit is a better product at an outstanding price.

  • That seems to be how these things work, once you get a bad tool, every replacement tool will have problems too. But then 100 other guys end up with the ones that work.

We are lucky and have an awesome Milwaukee rep and are able to provide really good service thanks to this.

  • one bad drill, the replacement drill didnt work either ,which I had to wait three days for them to replace I make a living with these tools so to be out of work for three days, waiting for a broken drill is unacceptable neither the vender or milwaukee will take the blame so I got a refund and went else where, milwaukee and the vender couldnt care less that I got screwed not once but twice I will never buy a milwaukee product agian

  • Did you try contacting the store you bought it from or the manufacturer about the warranty? One bad drill does not mean that the thousands of others out there are no good. Milwaukee makes great tools and as long as your tool is still covered it should be no problem to replace or repair it.

  • I have that drill and after mine sut down I tried to reset it and nothing never worked agian piece of shit tool dont buy it
