The power supply shown in this video is a 750W Thermaltake TRX-750M TR2 modular PSU.

Steps:

1. Screw PSU into chassis making sure it's oriented so that it's fan can intake air.
2. Plug all need cables into your components.

Don't worry if you don't use all of the cables; chances are you won't. Additionally, you'll want to route your cables behind the motherboard tray if at all possible as doing so will tremendously help with air flow and keep your computer running cooler thus increasing performance.
