This is the 1st Episode in my video series I'll be doing this year on the Bruins. It's about us, the Bruins fans, getting Jack Edwards on Twitter... The next one will have more actual Bruins talk...

Last night (11/10/09) during the Bruins win over the Pittsburgh Penguins, I was discussing the awful coverage on Versus with blogger & fellow Tweeter Cameron Frye (twitter.com/CameronFrye) and the subject of Jack Edwards came up... Pretty much because the guy calling the play-by-play on VS. was horrible. So we figured, if we cant get Jack on VERSUS, why not on Twitter? Who better to give us the inside scoop (the only way he knows how) better than Jack Edwards. So with that, #GetJackEdwardsOnTwitter was started! It's been spreading fast, Chris @ HubHockey.com is lending a hand, and there was even a post by Puck Daddy wanting to get Jack on Twitter... But we still need all of your help! Great job Mike! I hate Versus and have been watching NESN and TV-38 for the past 20+ years since I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada you have to appreciate no televised games of the Bruins unless on CBC till the mid 80's. Thank god they at least have Brick on there, but your right, if they wanna show the Bruins games lets get a play by play guy that is actually exciting to listen to and knows a little about the team. Hope your series makes a change to the lame Versus format. GO BRUINS
