  • wow, haha I was tripping out on your wall paper it creats an optical illusion that its moving around behind you.

  • @VanessaCArthur Ha! It may very well have been moving...it is a curtain :) How funny!

  • Hi josie, I have a question, my boyfriend tends to not like the healthy foods I like, but yet he still expects me to cook for him, so a lot of the times Im cooking meals that may not be the best for me, or triggers some of the unwanted food cravings, what can I do about this?

  • @getfitwithnicole Well I have a few thoughts...you could change how you respond to his expectation for you to cook for him and/or what you cook for him. Or you could find foods that meet both of your needs/preferences. Or if you really enjoy cooking what he likes for him you can make two different meals or one meal with a wide variety of choices. Ultimately the goal is to be able to be around any food and feel really calm and at peace so this may actually help?

    Thanxs Josie :)

  • You know I always wondered why my brother was healthy weight he works out. But now that I notice it he eats when he is hungry and whatever he wants and stops when he is full. This was really helpful!

  • @josielenore Oh Josie, I definitely believe that you have neutralised food! haha my response was to cowscanfly's post :)

  • @MegaSJF Sorry for such a late response!!! I have neutralized food....I honestly no longer think of it as good or bad...but I do think about how it is going to make me feel for the next 5 hours..so if I want a starchy sweet I'll have it at night so I won't be all mushy-brained during the work day....I will not diet ever again since it leads to binge eating...it took me a while to get to that place though...I kept being tempted to diet and went back for years! ...

  • @draikkk Thank you so much!!! It means so much to know that these are actually reaching people and making a difference!!!

  • @kideema108 MY PLEASURE (geeez I'm late in responding to this!!! sorry!)
